About me...

A warm welcome, If you have not experienced therapy before it is a chance to sit down and talk through things that you cannot or do not want to discuss with your friends and family. I work pluralistically which means that I am trained in different modalities and we work together to find the best way forward for you. I predominantly use a person-centred approach, using CBT /ACT and psychotherapeutic techniques when required. Throughout my four years of experience at both Noah's Ark and Healthy Minds, I have worked with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Mindfulness Facilitator, I can guide individuals in cultivating awareness, presence, and compassion through evidence-based mindfulness practices. My approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, develop emotional resilience, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group settings, I integrate mindfulness principles into the therapeutic process to enhance wellbeing, reduce stress, and foster a deeper sense of balance and purpose.

Heal and process trauma

Therapy can help heal and process trauma be it historical or something that you are facing in the present.

Reduce anxiety and depression

If life feels overwhelming and day to day tasks are becoming difficult or even impossible, having a safe, non-judgemental space to explore these feelings can be beneficial. Therapy can lighten the load and provide psych-education enabling self management of psychological and physical distress.

Reduce stress levels

Stress can build up incrementally each new level becoming our new normal until we can feel out of control and overwhelmed. Talking therapy can help put things into context and bring us back to a safe and healthy level.

Improve relationships

Therapy can improve our relationships by increasing our awareness of self and others, giving a deeper understanding, flexibility and adaptability to our own growth and that of the people we love.
