What are your fee’s?

I charge £45 per 60 minute session for psychotherapeutic therapy and £60 for Hypnotherapy sessions.

 

 

How do I pay? 

I send an invoice, usually the day after with payment details.

 

 

Can I speak with you before I decide if I want to try counselling?

I offer a free 15 minute telephone call to have a chat and make sure that we are both happy that I am the right counsellor for you.

 

 

Where does the counselling take place?

I have a counselling room in Elland, if you wish to book in I will send you the full address and directions.

 

 

What happens in the sessions?

Our first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and work out what you hope therapy will achieve for you and what changes you hope to make. We can then work together exploring different strategies.

 

 

How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is unique to each individual, it is up to you how many sessions you would like, I usually recommend 6 and then would do a review at 6 week intervals going forward. You are welcome to finish at any point but I always suggest having a proper ending.

 

 

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free parking outside my room. 

 

 

Do you do online counselling?

Yes, I offer an online service. I use Zoom and will send you a link before the session.
