Will hypnotherapy cure my pain?

No ethical therapist can promise to cure chronic pain. The goal is to help reduce the impact pain has on your life, improve your wellbeing and help your brain process pain differently.

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. Clinical hypnosis is a safe, natural state of focused relaxation. You remain aware throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your wishes.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is different. Following your initial consultation, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
